Rove: GOP Effort to Defund ACA "Self Defeating"

Karl Rove wrote in an editorial in The Wall Street Journal that GOP attempts to defund the Affordable Care Act by threatening a government shut-down are "self-defeating."  This seems like an appropriate description of the party as a whole.
